Agent Commander Tyrannosaurus “Ty” Rathbone is AEGIS' most decorated agent. After The Terror was defeated Rathbone re-opened the AEGIS field office in The City. Fearing that a new wave of villainy would arise Rathbone worked to create a new generation of the Flag Five to fight side-by-side with AEGIS agents. He has a metal implant in his chest that opens up to his mysterious blackhole heart. After Rathbone was shot to death a mysterious squid creature emerged from his heart and resurrected him.
