Biography
Miss Lint is a supervillain with the power to control electricity who runs a gang of criminals operating in The City. She is the subject of Arthur Everest's ongoing investigation into organized crime in The City. After her operation is destroyed by The Tick and he takes a contraband bulletproof supersuit, she turns her attention on his suspected accomplice – Arthur!
